In general, orders are processed within 24 hours from the time we receive your order. Please note that all orders received after 12pm AEST on a Friday and over the weekend are processed the following Monday.

My Chameleon offers three domestic shipping options depending on when you wish to receive your order.
Standard Delivery is complimentary for all orders over AUD100 delivered within Australia.
Orders must be placed before 12pm that day for the below delivery times to apply.

Same-day delivery service is offered for suburbs within 10kms of Sydney CBD – if this is available for your delivery address it will automatically display at checkout.
Same-day delivery services require someone to be available to accept the package at the provided delivery address. We recommend same-day orders be placed before 12pm for delivery within 4-5 hours.
*Delivery times are based on Metro area, allow for an extra 1–2 business days for regional areas and Western Australia
International orders are processed by My Chameleon within 24 hours and sent via DHL Worldwide Express with full accessible tracking. Include your mobile number to receive timely notifications via SMS.

A daytime delivery address and valid mobile number must be provided on all International orders, since all parcels require a signature on delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched as well as a mobile SMS with tracking information to aid you in the management of your delivery.
Our DHL Express network may exclude isolated countries and regions, in which case your order may be dispatched via Australia Registered International Post – please contact us for more information if you have any concerns.
Duties & Taxes
International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. My Chameleon has no control over processing times or duty rates by Customs in each country.
My Chameleon is unable to deliver internationally to PO boxes or postal forwarding companies, and certain items are not available for international delivery.
BEAUTY RESTRICTIONS Due to transport restrictions, we are unable to ship all liquid products, pressurised & flammable items by air at this time. As a result, orders containing fragrance, nail and aerosol products must be delivered via our standard shipping option.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from My Chameleon, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your purchase refund.
For deliveries to Russia, we are unable to deliver to private individuals and are required to address the shipment to a Company (with a legal entity). Please provide these details for delivery at checkout. These regulations are due to customs and security restrictions and if these company details are not provided at check out we will email you prior to booking to ensure timely dispatch of your order.
Any claim for shortage in supply or damage to the items ordered must be notified to My Chameleon within 5 days of receiving the goods. Claims after this period cannot be accepted.
