Response to COVID-19
During these challenging times, we remain open to serve you online with our staff and your wellbeing in mind.
We are taking all precautions to ensure a safe and hygienic environment is maintained within our warehouse and office for our staff, customers and visitors.
The developments and subsequent Australian government advice on community requirements are closely monitored by our team and we will be taking the necessary steps to adhere to this.
For parcels delivered within Australia, please note AusPost has advised that in order to minimise the health risk to you and delivery staff all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection.
You will still need to be present for this to occur, but there will be minimal contact as the parcel will be left at the door.
For parcels delivered internationally via DHL, no signature will be required however you must be present in order for the parcel to be delivered. At this stage, there are only slight delays to our standard delivery times and we will advise of any changes or stoppages as they happen (through our social channels, newsletter, and website). Refer to our ‘Shipping’ page, situated on the left, for more information on impacts to delivery times.
