    Choc Chip Cookies



      • Ingredients


        1 1/2 cups of almond meal
        1/4 tsp sea salt
        1 tsp baking powder
        1 tsp cinnamon
        2-3 tbsp maple syrup
        1 tsp vanilla extract
        1 tbsp almond butter (or nut butterof choice)
        1 egg
        2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
        1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate, chopped



        Method

        Preheat your oven to 160 degrees.
        Add all wet ingredients into one bowl and stir until combined.
        In another bowl mix all dry ingredients together. Then combine the wet with the dry to form a batter and add in the chocolate pieces.
        Form 10-14 balls of the mixture depending how large you prefer your cookies.
        Place them on a tray with baking paper and slightly flatten the balls with the back of a spoon.
        Bake 10-15min or until brown/golden. Allow to cool on a rack before serving.
