Cashew Milk by Neada Deters
Soak one cup of raw cashews in water overnight
Strain and pour cashews in food process
Add three cups of water, one date
A dash of honey and pinch of sea salt
Blend on highest speed for approx 60 seconds
Strain through cheesecloth or similar fabric (you can save the cashew mill for gluten-free cookies!)
Voila!
