March finds me deep into planning and production of the next issue - a time that calls for inspiration and simplification. I find myself being drawn to the idea of a uniform - a dress code to call on - an uncluttering of the mind for other things. I'm drawn to iterations of the the classic suiting ensemble - think old Comme des Garçons shirt campaigns and the new Bottega Veneta. For inspiration, it's about mindful observation, an outtake from a story you didn't see, a new artist perhaps? In Paris this season I look forward to seeing the work of Ronan Bouroullec. Closer to home, I've been introduced to the work of Wouter Van de Voorde - I look forward to collaborating with him in unexpected ways for the new issue.
