and elegant line. The Parisian-based label may only be in its first season, but it
has a clear view of how it wants to approach design. Chapter aims to invoke a
sense of power and strength to the tradition of dresses, using utilitarian
materials, unexpected cut-outs and a self-consciously sexy silhouette.
