My Chameleon has been created to provide a unique online shopping experience, with access to sort after designer pieces from around the world.
All product prices are shown in Australian dollars and upon check out you will be charged in Australian dollars ( if you wish to view the value in a different currency, select a currency on the top right). When you select a product to view there will be multiple images so that you are able to see the fabric and the fit on our model (VIEW 1 2 3...). By clicking onto the main product image you can view enlarged images. Simply browse through all our collections and select the pieces you love by first selecting your size and colour then clicking ‘ADD to TOTE’. When you are ready to complete your purchase go to ‘MY TOTE’ and follow the prompts to process your order. During your shopping adventure you can add or remove pieces and view your TOTE at any time until you have created the perfect outfit.
Registration will be required at point of check out. This gives you access to some of our services and features available to you on our site and makes your shopping experience even easier - please ensure you provide accurate and true information about yourself. If you have already registered just sign-in when prompted. If you have forgotten your password, you can re-submit your email to receive a new one (and then change your password at anytime after that). Once you proceed to check out – if you have a promotional code enter it in (this is why it is important to subscribe to our mailing list as from time to time we offer promotions to our subscribed customers).
Payment you will be asked to provide your credit card details and proceed, (next button / note: this is not the payment step) the next step of checkout will ask you to confirm your order and this is where your credit card is charged. You will be charged in Australian dollars regardless of your location - the currency conversion is only available as a guide for international orders. A order confirmation will be sent to your email immediately after (sender email is admin[@]mychameleon.com.au).
Packaging All orders arrive in chic packaging reflective of My Chameleon. For gift wrapping services simply state your intentions in the comment section at checkout – we will include a card with your message and ensure your parcel looks beautiful for the receiver.
Pre Orders MyChameleon brings you the latest from our range of global designers. To give you the opportunity to obtain the most sort after pieces before they even hit our shelves, pre-orders are available. This means you pay a deposit at the time you place the order and when the items arrive we will contact you to let you know. Once the item(s) arrive we will be in contact via email to process the final payment. All references to time of item arrival are estimates and are governed by the manufacturer - we try to be as accurate as possible and provide updates when available.
Sales Tax (GST) My Chameleon will only charge GST (10%) to Australian residents - this GST component is removed from all International purchases.
Order Cancellations Once your order is processed you may not alter, change of address inclusive, or cancel an order without contacting My Chameleon and receiving written consent. Orders cannot be altered or canceled once items have been dispatched.
Tracking your Order Each order receives a confirmation receipt via email immediately after you make a purchase. Once your order has been dispatched My Chameleon will then send another email with dispatch confirmation and appropriate tracking information if available.
