RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our purpose is to provide a fantastic shopping experience from where ever you may be and therefore we are focused on quality products and great service. It is also important to us that you love your My Chameleon purchase. To ensure each product meets our standard we thoroughly inspect each order before shipping.

We offer free Returns & Exchange within Australia, ONLY on Full Priced items.

No Returns (only exchange) on SALE Items that are discounted by 60% or more (refer to the product description for any exceptions)

Returns and Exchanges are accepted on merchandise (excluding Sale as per above) within 5 business days of receipt for items that are in their original condition that is; unworn, unwashed, unused and with all tags attached and associated packaging in original condition (including protective shield on swimwear, undamaged shoe box’s and unmarked shoe soles). My Chameleon do not accept returns on earrings.

We are happy for you to try on your pieces for size however take care to ensure shoes are tried on carpet and clothing does not make contact with makeup as all returned merchandise need to be in a re-saleable state.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Step 1 Contact My Chameleon within 5 days of receiving your order at returns[@]mychameleon.com.au stating the reason for your return/exchange. Please include all details of the item you wish to return including country location. In regards to an exchange we will check availability of stock or otherwise you may choose to return the item for a refund or store credit note.
Step 2 My Chameleon will provide a returns authorization number (RA#) to place on your returns & exchanges form that you received with your shipment. Without this number we will not accept your return.
Securely repackage your returning item (include all shoe boxes with shoes).

For Australian returns, of full priced items, we will arrange for a courier to come and collect the parcel on a nominated day OR provide you with a prepaid return satchel in the mail. For sale items you must ship the items to us at your own cost.

For International returns please return to head office within 9 days of receiving your RA#. If the return arrives outside this time (without agreement with us), the item will not be accepted and returned back to you. Please ship via a traceable method and provide the tracking details to My Chameleon.

MyChameleon cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.

Step 3 Refunds and exchanges are processed within 1-3 days of receiving the items at the My Chameleon office. Once the item is inspected based on the above conditions – depending on your request we will either provide a refund, exchange or a credit note.

For Exchange, with confirmation of availability, the new item will be shipped back to you FREE of charge. Only International exchange orders from our sale section will incur a re-delivery charge which are set at the original shipping charges.

For Refund, My Chameleon will refund the value of the item (via the original form of payment ) within 1 days of receiving and accepting the returned item. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. You will be notified via email once this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from mychameleon.com.au.

For Store Credit Note, you will be sent a My Chameleon personalised credit note via post or email to use for future purchases, valued at the item you have returned and with no expiry (and not redeemable in cash).

NOTE: Exchange within Australia are shipped to you free while International exchanges incur re-delivery charges.

My Chameleon will continue to communicate with you, via email or phone, at various stages of the process, to ensure you are well informed of the progress of your return.
My Chameleon reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with the guidelines and process as stated above. In the instance your item is not accepted, it will be returned to you and neither a refund nor exchange granted.
