Our aim is to get your order to you as fast as possible. My Chameleon will ensure each order is safely and securely packed for transportation to you.
Shipping is complimentary for all Australian Orders.
Australian orders are sent using our Courier Service and Express Post where delivery is within 1-2 business days between major cities. To ensure your order is received promptly we recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to accept the parcel during business hours, 9am to 5pm (preferably a work address).
NOTE: A same day delivery service is available within 5km of Sydney CBD for orders made before 2pm that day - a business/work delivery address must be provided.
International orders are sent via DHL Worldwide Express (Full tracking available) and typically takes 2-4 business days for delivery, between major cities (this time excludes customs processing within your country). Please provide a daytime delivery address (PO BOX is not accepted, Parcels to Russia must be delivered to a company address) as all parcels require a signature on delivery. A tracking number is provided once your order has been dispatched and your parcel will be left at your local post office if there is no-one available to accept the delivery. Note: Local guidelines apply once your purchase is in your country and may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination; these are not included in your purchase. Please check with the local authority to ascertain applicable rates as these charges are borne by you and not My Chameleon. We have no control over the time your country's customs process the delivery.
Any claim for shortage in supply or damage to the items ordered must be notified to My Chameleon within 5 days of receiving the goods; claims after this period will be rejected by My chameleon.
Refused Shipments If you decide to refuse any shipments from mychameleon.com.au, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Shipping Rates We aim to keep the shipping and handling charges to a bare minimum, for our customers. From time to time we offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount. Note - During Sale periods delivery times maybe slightly extended for sale purchases.
