Our aim is to get your order to you as fast as possible. My Chameleon will ensure each order is safely and securely packed for transportation to you.
Australian orders are sent using Australia Express Post and delivers next business day between major cities. For orders over AUD100, delivery is complimentary. Our current average delivery time is the day after you order. If you have a special request contact us before purchasing via contact@mychameleon.com.au. A courier service can be provided at no additional cost.
Please include a daytime delivery address (PO Box addresses are not accepted) and contact details.
International orders are sent via Registered Airmail and typically take 5-10 business days for handling and shipping, between major cities, once payment is received.
Please provide a daytime delivery address (not a PO BOX) as well as appropriate contact information. A reference number is provided once your order has been dispatched and your parcel will be left at your local post office if there is no-one available to accept the delivery. Note: Local guidelines apply once your purchase is in your country and may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination; these are not included in your purchase. Please check with the local authority to ascertain applicable rates as these charges are borne by you and not My Chameleon. We have no control over the time your country's customs process the delivery.
Any claim for shortage in supply or damage to the items ordered must be notified to My Chameleon within 5 days of receiving the goods; claims after this period will be rejected by My chameleon.
Refused Shipments If you decide to refuse any shipments from mychameleon.com.au, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
